I do not like book.com. it blames everything on the hotel and hotel blames everything on them. I will deal directly with the hotel next time. You are a disagrace.

Great interior design, comfortable beds, very helpful reception staff, awesome location in the centre, right in front of a beautiful park.

It was a wonderful stay . Most front desk employees were very helpful. Special thanks to manager Meriem for her kindness and always smiling face.

All in all, the Vienna Marriott is a wonderful hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, excellent breakfast (although they could have had a wider selection of vegetables - only tomatoes and cukes. The Garden Cafe is great - good food and excellent service.

Very polite and helpful staff. The concierge, the front desk’s, especially employees at Garten Cafe, which even though are pretty busy always approaches you with a smile and gives their best to not keeping you waiting. Good variety breakfast. Hotel itself has very good location and small but amazing park just across the street.

Location and breakfast. When leaving (on check out), we reported that we might have lost our phone somewhere in the room. Later we found it in the suitcase, but the hotel sent e-mail the next day that they searched everything and did not find it - In other words, they showed good will to try to find it.
